Collating regular data from a franchise operation can be a tedious task. Often solutions involve manual re-keying which is not just time consuming but can also increase the rate of error. IFX Intranet provides a fully customisable Data Reporting Module (DRM) which allows you to gather data online and quickly transform it into online reports, accessible via your intranet.

Finance and marketing tracking:
Franchisees can submit their data regularly (weekly, monthly or quarterly) via a simple online form or via an auto-export. The data collected is specified by the franchisor including items such as the dollar value of sales or budget expenditure.

The information is automatically collated allowing the franchisor to compare various regions, outlet-types or activity/result correlations. Extensive reporting and graphing capabilities are available for formatting and full currency tracking is included for international businesses.

Sales and royalty tracking:

Each franchisee submits their data regularly (weekly, monthly or quarterly) via a simple online form or via an auto-export. Franchisees are then able to track the royalties that are due from their sales performance to date.

Financial analysis and graphing can be conducted simply allowing franchisees to easily establish performance against target or benchmark.

Invoice and forms tracking:
Connect your Data Reporting Module with your IFX Contact Management System or to an external database to track forms submitted via your website, allowing you to monitor requests for quotes, registrations or contacts.

Your franchisees can issue a quote against customer-submitted request forms allowing you to monitor requests, quotes and pending invoices. Information can be exported into other reporting modules, such as sales or financial reporting.

Inventory management:
Linking into the invoice and forms tracking modules, inventory management allows you to manage your stock logistics, such as product held by each franchisee and to estimate the product requirements for pending jobs. Peding details are updated through the submission of each invoice, ensuring that you are always up to date with the amount of stock on hand.
